xc benchmark visualiser 0.75

Draws a benchmark contribution (the JSON benchmark/diy.py writes) and the
project's published results, compares compilers in a heat map, and moves
contributions to and from the public corpus.

Run it:

./visualiser an empty window: Download shows the published
                                results and everyone's submitted runs
./visualiser results.json open your own contribution
  ./visualiser --selftest sample.json
check the program without a window

On macOS the archive is not notarised. If macOS refuses to open it, run
`xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine .` in this directory once.

On Linux the machine needs GTK 4 (libgtk-4-1 on Ubuntu), and the self-test
needs a display too (xvfb-run works on a machine without one).

On Windows run visualiser.exe the same way, from a command prompt in this
folder. The archive is not signed, so SmartScreen may ask before the first
run. https certificates are checked against the Windows certificate store.

The libraries beside the program are libtls (Mbed TLS, Apache-2.0 or
GPL-2.0-or-later, LICENSE-mbedtls.txt) and, on macOS and Linux, the toolkit's
shim (libUXAppKit.dylib or libUXGtk.so, LGPL-3.0, COPYING.LESSER). The program
is GPL-3.0 (COPYING).
